99 V6 Taurus is eating up & leaking out tons of Power Steering Fluid, how do I fix this?

You need to find-out what component is leaking - The pump or the rack. Neither is hard to replace & both are available at auto 'recyclers'. If you do the rack, get an alignment after wards.
