16 year old, influenza?

It started with a sore throat, and then throw a cough on top of that - really bad one - and now fever, sore throat, cough, aches, chills and hot flashes, fatigue. Clearly I have influenza, but I'm afraid I will die from it. I don't have any other health problems (I don't think.) How can I get rid of it? I drank 1.89 liters of OJ yesterday, and have another carton next to me. I slept all day yesterday and didn't eat a single thing. Help? I'm scared.
