Brake cylinder leaks from seal area?

I replaced a drum brake cylinder about a week ago. The replacement leaked about two days later and now the second replacement has a to leak too. All leaks are coming from the right (towards front of car) seal area of the cylinder. Is this a pressure problem or and adjustment problem?
