Tactical Hoodie from medal of honor and modern warfare 2?

I was playing medal of honor and modern warfare two and I noticed thay the seals in moh and ghost in mw2 were wearing tactical hoodies, the hoodies velcro patches on the arms. Anyone know the specific name of this hoodie and where I would be able to buy one? I've looked all over but I've come up dry.
