Should I apply for a job now or no?

I found that Wet Seal and Bath & Body works is hiring. I've been complaining about getting a job for at least a year now and I don't want to wait anymore. But, the problem is that my college schedule is kind of hectic because of all the projects I have to do. I can work part time on weekends, but I'm not sure if it can work. And if I apply now, I won't have to wait for a long time for their response on whether they want to hire me or not.So, should I apply now or wait?
