If I am allergic to seafood like fish, crabs, etc. would i pass the Department of Defense Medical Examination?

I want to enlist in the Air Force ROTC program in college but im extremely allergic to seafood. I am physically fit and have pretty good grades in high school but do you think i could pass that medical examination with this condition? Also do you think its basically impossible to become a navy seal with this condition?
