Blue and white smoke from exhaust?

I have a 2000 Acura integra gsr. But at startup, usually after it's been sitting around for a couple hours, blue smoke comes from the exhaust for a couple minutes and then it turns to a constant white smoke. I know it might be the rubber valve seals. I already replaced the PVC valve with not much improvement. Does anyone know anything else that could cause this?
