Are you annoyed by companies that treat you like a moron?

It all may seem too obvious but, unfortunately, there are people who had trouble and accidents getting through very basic instructions. I once heard about a lady who once sued McDlds because she burnt her mouth with her piping hot coffee, therefore the legend Caution hot contents, perhaps you're not the moron but someone else is.
