Can you buy a 1/2 carton of eggs by splitting a dozen in 1/2 ?
Well I did this at the grocery store and the cashier seemed appalled. {I've bought them this way before a couple of times, no problem.}

My friend and I were given a big plastic carton of Tropicana orange juice at school a few weeks ago, and we didn't know what to do with it so we put it in the locker. When a person continually tells you that your behavior - especially where these very small things are concerned - is annoying, and then attacks you by calling you names, makes fun of your origins, and infers that you are stupid, he is way out of line. Why does it matter how long it takes you to choose grocery items? Are you now supposed to fake the right kind of laughter and suppress your joy to not annoy him? This is controlling and petty. The next time he indulges his childness, ask him why it matters. If he replies that it's stupid, ask why it's stupid. He is behaving badly, and blaming you for it. It is akin to abusers who blame the victim by saying 'you made me do it'.
Empty egg shells in a carton of eggs that hasn't been used....?
I bought a dozen eggs about 2 weeks ago, and I went to go and use my eggs today. Now, when i purchase eggs I always check them first, and they were all in tact. However, this morning when I opened up the carton to use some eggs, 5 of them were cracked. I was worried that I was dripping egg all over but then realized they were almost all empty..no yolks in them, just a little bit of white. I immediately checked the refridgerator to check and see if egg had been leaking out of this carton onto everything (of course I feel i would have noticed them at an earlier date) and of course there was no mess, no egg stain on anything, nothing. what the hell is up? I'm confused? How did they get cracked, and where did the insides go? And, there are 7 good eggs left, should I use them?

I don't think they do, and even if they did I'm fairly certain they won't take PS2 games. I can't find a list for Dick Smith, but if you look on the JB Hi Fi website you'll see they only take the latest games for trade in. I have some PS3 games I wouldn't mind getting rid of but they won't trade them because they're too old. You'd be better off selling the entire bundle on Ebay, you could just about pay for the whole 360 deal with the money.

Blue and white smoke from exhaust?
I have a 2000 Acura integra gsr. But at startup, usually after it's been sitting around for a couple hours, blue smoke comes from the exhaust for a couple minutes and then it turns to a constant white smoke. I know it might be the rubber valve seals. I already replaced the PVC valve with not much improvement. Does anyone know anything else that could cause this?

.Ok, my girlfriend thinks I have OCD. This is why. One, I fold all my underwear and sort by color, boxer, boxer, briefs, and tighty whitey. I hang all my t-shirts and sort them by color, and whether they have anything printed on them. T-shirts separate from button down shirts, separate from polo shirts. Pants are separated also, slacks with slacks, jeans with jeans, sweats with sweats and so on. I do like to have things in an orderly way in my home. One thing she teases me about is the eggs in my refrigerator. See I have this thing about how the eggs are placed in the carton. I feel like they have to be balanced. In other words they can't be all to one side cause when you pick up the carton you may drop it. So, I always even out the eggs and sometimes in cool little patterns. I do sometimes lock my door three times before going to bed. Is this OCD or is is it just being a little picky?
License suspended after "refusal" to blow?
Can an officer suspend your license for "refusal to blow" if you blew 4 times without hesitation. Apparently the machine wasn't reading and he claimed I was not blowing hard enough, but every time I heard the tone he said it would make. My question is would you hear this tone whether it was reading or not, or do you only hear it when you're blowing hard enough? Please help!

I was born normal 8 lbs one ounce in the dominican republic. The milk over there is different and i couldn't assimilate any milk i was given i threw it up all the time. THere was only one milk my mom could give me and she had to get up in line at 4 in the morning ever day to get my milk and it was milk shipped in from america, the red cap gallon milk in powder. three hour wait, but then my dad brought us to america and after i tried the red cap gallon milk it's been my milk since...but the doctor told my mom it would be difficult for me to gain weight after that experience. The years fly by, exercising, healthy eating, bad eating, workouts, protein shakes, I don't know What I haven't tried lol. To the point, I had a baby, 7 lbs 4 ounces and went flat 1 month later without doing anything(little pooch unnoticeable(STRETCH MARK CITY!) got rid of most of them with Aloe vera the plant wink wink, email me if you want to know more. And ive weighed the same weight since i was 14, 92 lbs. I have size 36 b breast, and a nice tiny figure it's just the food is going no where. I will intake 2 to 3 thousand calories sometimes but gave up on it, I went to my doctor and she said i have a DANGEROUSLY high thyroid level and it'd be almost impossible to gain weight. I wear a double zero which i have to get my mom to sew on a Machine because unless i live in New York or Miami it's hard to find it. Shirts no prob. It's difficult though i don't get it. My blood is 12.9 which the doctor said is excellent, but i just won't gain weight. I'm sick of being this thin, 20 lbs more would make me very happy, please don't call me anorexic, bulimic, etc. that's not the case, i love food. It's just not going anywhere:( i'm going to be 20 in april and people are either always telling me to eat or that im lucky, but im not

I just recently enlisted in the Army National Guard. I am going to Fort Jackson, SC May 31st. I've had this problem (also known as Jumpers knee) for about a year and a half now. I'm 19 years old. Still active. I'm beginning to do more leg workouts and use the bicycle machine. I spoke to the orthopedic doctor and he said he's not restricting me from going to boot camp but I just have to consider my consequences in the future (i.e knee replacement)

I've been playing Amnesia and in the machine room where you have to use the gears to restart the elevator, my game glitched and the final gear I needed disappeared. Sony STR-DE325 Receiver Problem?
I am using my speakers connected via the front speakers panel on the back of the machine, I don't know if it matters but they are connected as left and right using "A". So, my left speaker is playing fine, but the right speaker is so weak that when I turn the volume all the way up it still sounds very low. Why am I so thirsty all the time!!?
Today I drank a large sweet tea from Mcdonalds, 2 Large glasses of milk, a whole carton of orange juice, two more large glasses of milk, and a doctor pepper. This is just from 9am to 7pm. Tonight when I go to bed I'll probably drink about 3 large glasses of water through out the night. I don't know if this effects anything, but I am 31 weeks pregnant. Is there any reason i am this thirsty? My eyes have gone very bad lately and I gained a LOT of weight the few months before I got pregnant. My grandmother says to look into and get tested for diabetes. Is this likely at only 18 years old or is there another common reason?

Would you remain friends with a guy who falsely claims to be an ex Navy SEAL?
Several mutual friends as well as myself do not believe this 30 year old guy. I mean he complained that he might have to stay up all night one time. He complains about the cold, etc. He never shuts up and acts like he has to check his front door and back gate at least three times which makes me feel like he doesn't trust himself. I used to be in the Navy and find it hard to believe this guy was anything other than some pencil pusher. He claims that he wants to go work for the govt in Homeland Security. I was like dude with your experience as a Navy SEAL, I think the doors would be open. Anyway, I don't want to get in a barfight only to realize that I am on my own because this guy is all talk. I mean I feel it is wrong for this guy to steal the honor and valor and respect that I would give a real SEAL. Help. I think I should no longer have anything to do with him because he seems to be so sissyish and full of self-doubt and fear.

Sausage is honestly the worst thing you could eat.. If you are serious about losing weight, stay away from processed foods and foods with lots of toppings. Stick to something like.. Plain Eggs for breakfast, Salad with low fat dressing for lunch, and a plain chicken breast for dinner.

How do I get the smell from washing a nasty moldy tent out of my wash machine?
I don't know what I was thinking. I washed this filthy moldy tent, thinking I could bring it back to life, but it was still nasty after I washed it, so I threw it away. The problem is, it's like a year later and everything you wash will mold immediately unless you put it in the dryer right after you wash. I know you are supposed to dry clothes right away, but in any other machine I've ever had, if you wait a few hours, your clothes don't start to reek, but now, it's like there is tent ooze in there that starts attacking my clothes the second they get wet. I know it sounds crazy, but if I don't get those clothes in that dryer immediately, everything smells like that nasty tent. What the heck can I do? This was an expensive washer, but I'm tired of living in denial, I'm sure I ruined it with that tent. Is there anything I can do?

About washing my Toms?
So I have a pair of Toms (orange, in case you were wondering) that have some pretty tough dirt stains. I guess I go adventuring too much! Anyway, I put them in the washing machine on the hand-wash setting and they still have some stains ground in. Can I wash them on a higher setting, or should I just hand-wash them?
